Daily, the referees received two intensive physical training sessions, pushing them to their limits to improve their physical fitness and refine their skills. Not to be missed, referees were also immersed in in-depth theoretical sessions where they could increase their knowledge and understanding of the game. They were shown a number of game situations from different leagues around the world. It was up to them to decide whether they agreed with the decision of the referee in question or whether they would make a different decision and why.

To end the week in a “relaxed” way, we organized a padel tournament. Of course, everyone had the winner’s mentality which made it a competition instead of a relaxation.
